25 Skatertniy lane
Permanent Mission of the Novosibirsk Regional Administration in Moscow is located at 25 Skatertny Lane. Pale green two-storey mansion, ornate stucco and elegant wrought-iron grille on the second floor balcony was built in 1917.
Writer Mikhail Bulgakov visited his friend attorney David Alexandrovich Kiselgof at the apartment number 2 of the house. Kiselgof later became the third husband of Tatiana Nikolaevna Lappa, the first wife of Bulgakov. Acquaintance of future spouses was held in 1923 in the apartment of lawyer Vladimir E. Comor, a friend of the writer, where they met the New Year. However, they were married only after the war. In 1947, Tatyana Lappa with David Kiselgom left to Tuapse, where she died on April 10, 1982.
Leonid Parshin, the famous Bulgakov’s creations researcher recorded a long interview with Tatiana Nikolaevna in 1980. He published it later. Tatiana Nikolaevna recalled the acquaintance of Kiselgof and Bulgakov : "He worked as a lawyer, but was very fond of literature, interested in creations of different writers and invited Bulgakov to visit him... His apartment was in Skatertny Lane. Bulgakov met lawyer Vladimir Evgenievich Comorsky there.
