Кладовая с проходной Миусского трамвайного депо

Кладовая с проходной – часть ансамбля Миусского трамвайного парка, с 2017 года – объект культурного наследия регионального значения. Официальное его наименование – «Ансамбль Миусского трамвайного депо, 1874 г., 1908- 1910 гг., 1930-е гг. арх. Н.К.Жуков, М.Н.Глейнинг, инж. Н.А.Сытенко, инж. В.Г.Шухов (?) – Кладовая с проходной, 1874 г., 1910 г.».

Прямоугольное двухэтажное здание на невысоком цоколе выходит на красную линию Лесной улицы. Оно строилось в 1901–1905 гг. для размещения в нем кладовой и сторожки трамвайного парка. В 1910-е годы с северо-востока к зданию пристроили небольшой дополнительный объем для сторожки, а в 1920-е годы – одноэтажный склад. Здание Кладовой с проходной неоднократно переделывалось и ремонтировалось во второй половине ХХ века, когда Миусское трамвайное депо преобразовывали в троллейбусный парк.

И уличный, и дворовый фасады Кладовой с проходной оформлены в единой стилистике, типичной для больших и малых промышленных комплексов России конца XIX – начала ХХ века. Декоративное убранство внешних стен весьма скупо. Впрочем, это полностью соответствует непарадному, технологическому назначению здания. На неоштукатуренных кирпичных стенах выделялись венчающий здание карниз и ромбовидные декоративные вставки в простенках между окнами. Окна были перекрыты лучковыми перемычками. Первоначально стены даже не были окрашены. Столь же скупо были оформлены и интерьеры; историческая отделка их до нашего времени не сохранилась.

В 2017–2019 годах, при комплексной реставрации ансамбля Миусского трамвайного парка и приспособлении его под культурно-торгово-развлекательный центр – «фудкорт» – здание Кладовой с проходной сохранило исторические габариты, несущие конструкции стен и характер отделки фасадов. Это не помешало зданию соответствовать новым потребностям горожан: на первом этаже расположился ресторан, на втором – культурно-досуговый центр.

Здание снабжено всеми необходимыми современными коммуникациями и инженерными системами – вентиляционными, противопожарными и др. Заменены были при реставрации двери и окна – но с сохранением исторических размеров, оформления, колористического решения. Отремонтирована кровля, воссоздано ее историческое ограждение.

The Storehouse with the Gatekeeper's Box is a part of the Miusskoye Tram Depot that in 2017 has been recognized as a cultural heritage site of regional significance. The Site's official name is "The Ensemble of the Miusskoye Tram Depot, 1974, 1908 1910, 1930s; architects N.K. Zhukov, M.N. Gleying, engineer N.A. Sytenko, engineer V.G. Shukhov (?) — Storehouse with Gatekeeper's Box, 1874, 1910". The two storey rectangular building on a low basement is facing the Lesnaya Street frontage. It was constructed in 1901 1905 as a storage room and tram depot gatekeeper's box. In 1910, on the North East side, an annex has been added to the building in order to accommodate a gatekeeper's box and in the 1920s — a one storey warehouse. The building of the Storehouse with Gatekeeper's Box has undergone numerous modifications and a renovation in the second half of the 20th century when the Miusskoye Tram Depot has been adapted for trolleybuses. Both facades of the Storehouse with Gatekeeper's Box — facing street and courtyard — are in the same style typical for large and small Russian industrial structures of the late 19th — early 20th century. The outer walls decor is quite sparse. It, however, is fully consistent with the building's purely functional purpose. A final cornice and diamond shaped decorative plaques between the windows stand off the plain walls of exposed brickwork. Windows have shallow arched lintels. Initially, the walls were not even painted. Interior finish is as sparse; its original decor has not survived to our days. In 2017 2019, in the process of comprehensive restoration of the Miusskoye Tram Depot and its adaptation for a food court — a culture & entertainment center — the building of the Storehouse with the Gatekeeper's Box has preserved its historical dimensions, load bearing elements and facade finish style. The building, however, fully meets the citizens’ new needs: on the ground floor there is a restaurant, the first floor is occupied by a culture & entertainment center. The building has all the necessary modern communication and engineering systems including ventilation, fire safety etc. Doors and windows have been made anew in the process of restoration; however historical dimensions of door and window apertures, style and color scheme have been preserved. The roof has been mended; its historical guardrails have been recreated.
