Застройка чётной стороны Пятницкой улицы возле Климентовского переулка сформирована нескольким домами, сохранившими в своей основе строения XVIII столетия. Дома №№ 24 и 26 перестраивались в XIX столетии. Когда-то на месте дома № 26, углового с Климентовским переулком, находился питейный дом «Ленивка», названный так по расположенному неподалёку Ленивому торгу. Ленивый торжок дал название не только сохранившемуся до сих пор Пятницкому рынку (современный Рыбный рынок), но и всей улице Пятницкой, которую в XVII веке часто называли Ленивкой. Современный питейный дом - кафе – там и сейчас. Здание было существенно перестроено после пожара 1812 года. В первом этаже этого дома сохранились красивые своды XVIII века. Они находятся в глубине здания.

Lazy market gave its name not only to preserved Pyatnitsky market (modern fish market), but also to the entire Pyatnitskaya street that in the XVII century was often called Lenivka. Modern Pour House - Cafe – is there now. The building substantially rebuilt after the fire of 1812. Vaults of the XVIII century preserved on the first floor of this beautiful house. Vaults are in the depths of the building.
