Pavilion “Smart City”As you know, our capital is one of the recognized "smart cities" of the world - Moscow regularly falls into the Smart City ratings, compiled by the expert community. The pavilion "Smart City" at the VDNH a demonstration and educational platform, where most modern technological solutions and electronic services are introduced, which are introduced by the Moscow Government into socially significant areas for the convenience of Muscovites. The exposition consists of 12 interactive zones, each of which tells about how technologies develop key areas of urban life, and what benefits their use brings to citizens of capital. Every day, Muscovites find themselves in life situations that they solve with the help of electronic services: they write to a doctor, check estimates in an electronic diary, pay for parking and fines using mobile apps, receive accruals for housing and public utilities in a personal account on mos.ru. On the one hand, they are familiar and understandable for all electronic services. But on the other hand, the Smart City shows this side, all these services are part of large-scale information systems created by the Moscow Government in order that the management of socially significant areas was effective, and the life of the citizens thanks to this becomes more comfortable every day. The exhibition exposition of the Smart City presents intelligent solutions in the field of housing and public utilities and construction, so that Muscovites can understand:  How does the Unified dispatching Center work? What does is it for?  How do automated systems allow you to monitor the use of natural resources?  How does a video surveillance system improve the efficiency of various city services, including law enforcement?  How do the Unified Medical Information and Analytical System (EMIAS) make it possible not only to make medical assistance convenient for Muscovites, but also to fundamentally increase the level of healthcare in Moscow? And of course, you can try out in action a unique project Moscow Electronic School (MESH), which has no analogues today in its scale not only in Russia, but, perhaps, in the world. In order to acquaint Muscovites with information technologies in the capital, as well as improve IT literacy, in the pavilion "Smart City" various free educational activities for schoolchildren and students are constantly held: master classes, quests, programming workshops (for any level of knowledge of students), courses on neuro-, laser technology, 3D printing, robotics, blockchain and other advanced technologies. Attendance of these events will be useful both for those guys who already have knowledge in IT, and for those who are just getting acquainted with this area. Experts believe that information technology define what will be our future. New professions, new ways of communication and movement will appear thanks to IT. In the Information City you can see all this today.
