Дом Дворцового ведомства построен в 1817 году. В 1837 году здание перестроено.

Здание выдержано в стиле ампир. В доме два этажа. Во фронтальной части находится пятиосевой мезонин. Особо выделяется украшенный лепниной портик, который относится к типу Дорический ордер, держащийся на 6 колоннах на первом этаже. Стены нижнего этажа рустованы.
Владельцы и значимые персоны

С 1820 года по 1830 год здесь жили князь и сенатор И. А. Гагарин, имевший большой авторитет в литературных кругах, и его возлюбленная, а затем жена актриса Екатерина Семёновна Семёнова, выступавшая в Александринском театре. В 1860-х годах здесь проживал А. Н. Муравьёв, декабрист который вернулся из ссылки, возникшей в результате конфликта с Шереметевым.

It is located in a one-story mansion not far from the Sadovoe Ring. This building was specially designed for art workshops. At the moment, the museum's exposition includes an extensive collection of works by Golubkina. The museum collections contain more than a hundred sculptures, a collection of drawings and stones, stands, tools, and also technical devices necessary for the work of the sculptor. In addition to the creations, personal items by A. S. Golubkina are exhibited. The museum building belongs to the cultural heritage of regional destination.

Museum-Estate of Leo Tolstoy in KhamovnikiKhamovniki is old Moscow estate. Tolstoy bought it in 1882 from the collegiate secretary I. A. Arnautov. He lived here with his family for 19 winters until the spring of 1901, spending each summer in Yasnaya Polyana. Of the 13 children of the Tolstoy couple, 10 lived in Moscow: daughters Tatiana, Maria, Alexandra; sons Sergey, Ilya, Lev, Andrei, Mikhail, Alexey, Vanechka. In the Khamovnichesky house, the writer created about a hundred works, including the novel "Resurrection", the novel "The Death of Ivan Ilyich”, “The Kreutzer Sonata”, “Father Sergius”. Since 1921, the house on today's Lev Tolstoy Street, 21 is a memorial museum, part of the Leo Tolstoy State Museum.
